My boss who was nearing his fifties and he realized that he looked badly out of shape. When he consulted an obstetrician, he realized that he was 20 pounds in excess of what he should have been. In other words, he was 20 pounds overweight. He resorted to dieting and shed those extra pounds but in the process he lost a lot of energy and vitality. He always seemed exhausted and even during office hours he would have a drawn face and was always concerned about his health.

Lumbar side stretch is bringing your legs with your knees bent; you can either sit or stand. Then in a simply motion bring your one hand towards your foot holding the inside of your thigh and your other hand on the back of head.
