Though it may appear to be a simple process which just involves popping a pill, it is high time you realize what you are feeding your body. Just ask yourself a simple question as to whether you are truly giving your body the nutrients it needs? When we look at our eating habit, we quickly jump into convincing by giving reasons such as convenience, simplicity etc, all the while causing more harm than good to our own body, mind and indeed our spirit.
A modern diet has almost become synonymous with excessive consumption of starch, sugar and fatty foods. Such diet habit of ours causes diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity etc.
Keeping fit by consuming healthy food substances and nutritious food also helps your body to treat diseases to an extent that your need to visit a health food store would be greatly reduced. Nourishing your body with such nutrient rich food can have positive effect on your mental capacity and your spiritual wellness too gets enhanced and with such optimal spiritual health, you will have a glow about yourself and would appear as calm and happy to others who notice you. This will also have a bearing on your stress levels as your stress levels would be decreased dramatically.
