My Squash Zucchini Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

Grilled or baked Chicken breast

Fresh squash and zucchini

Onion

98% fat free cream of chicken

Crackers

Directions: Mix chicken breast, a can of cream of chicken, can of water, chopped up onion, sliced up squash, sliced up zucchini in a casserole dish. Crumble about 10-20 crackers on top. Cover with foil Bake for about 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.

Baked Fish and Tomato Cucumber Garlic Salad

Take your favorite fish fillets such as salmon, cod, tilapia, etc. Squeeze lemon juice on it. Then add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover in foil and bake in oven.

For the salad you need:

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Cilantro

Garlic

Lemon

Chop up tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro and garlic. Then squeeze fresh lemon juice on it and add salt.

Eat the fish and salad with rice.
